Made-to-order production

Every Pledgeletics shirt is personalized and produced after the spelling, player number, logo selection, and fundraiser number are reviewed. After review, the order is sent to an approved third-party print and fulfillment partner for printing, quality control, packaging, and shipment.

Shipping and handling

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Production time begins after personalization and artwork review and is separate from carrier transit time. Tracking information is sent when the production partner ships the order.

Artwork or address delays

Orders can be delayed when uploaded artwork requires clarification or when the shipping address is incomplete. Monitor the email used at checkout for questions and tracking updates.
