Personalized products

Pledgeletics shirts are made to order using the spelling, number, relationship, color, size, and artwork submitted with the order. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged for preference, sizing, or customer-entered errors after production begins.

Damage or production errors

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details, contact us through the store Contact page promptly. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Approved claims will be corrected, replaced, or refunded as appropriate.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are considered only before production begins. Submission of a request does not guarantee cancellation.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the shipment or product error was caused by Pledgeletics or its production partner.
